You'll be one of the first BD hires, which means you'll have real ownership over how we approach the market, not just execute a playbook someone else wrote.What You'll DoIdentify, reach out to, and build relationships with prospective clients, law firms, in-house legal teams, and partners in the legal tech ecosystemOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first conversations through to closing and handoffRepresent the company in meetings, demos, and industry conversations, articulating our value proposition clearly and credibly to a legal audienceWork closely with the founding team to refine positioning, pricing,



and go-to-market strategy based on real market feedbackBuild and maintain a pipeline, keeping accurate records of outreach, conversations, and deal statusHelp identify new market opportunities and partnership channels as the company scalesWhat We're Looking For2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. Prior experience in legal tech is a strong plusComfort operating in an early-stage, ambiguous environment where processes are still being builtStrong communication skills. You should be equally comfortable on a call with a law firm partner and writing a crisp follow-up emailA genuine interest in the legal industry and how technology is reshaping itSelf-starter mentality: someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for directionBased in or willing to relocate to New Delhi, and able to join immediatelyWhat You Can ExpectA seat at the table early, with real influence over how the business takes shapeDirect, close working relationship with the founding teamCompensation commensurate with experience, with room to grow as the company scales
