We care about doing excellent work — and we're looking for sharp, curious people to help us keep raising the bar.The RoleAs a Finance Associate, you'll help run the books and financial operations for a global portfolio of SaaS startups, with significant exposure to US-based companies (QuickBooks) alongside Indian entity compliance. The role is structured as a progressive learning journey — you'll move from core accounting into taxation, reporting, and eventually strategic advisory work like valuations, ESOP design, and due diligence.This is a hands-on seat for someone who wants deep, wide exposure to how startups are actually run financially — not a narrow, single-function role.What You'll DoBookkeeping & accountingRecord and maintain transactions across QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and TallyHandle day-to-day accounting of invoices, and monitor revenue and expenses from an FP&A; perspectivePerform reconciliations, including bank and tax reconciliationsTax & complianceCompute income and assist with filing ITRs, ROC returns, and GSTRsSupport tax planning,
