and supporting internal and external stakeholders with administrative and finance-related queries.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess subcontractor invoices as per agreed cost structuresInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepanciesReconcile subcontractor payments, credits, and accrualsMaintain documentation, including scanning, verification, and archivingHandle internal and external email enquiries efficientlyLiaise with subcontractors and build strong vendor relationshipsSupport finance team with reporting, costing, and data accuracyContribute to process improvements and operational efficiencyEducational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationAdditional certifications in Accounting, ERP, Finance systems will be an advantageKey Skills & Experience1–2 years of experience in invoice processing / accounts payable / admin operationsStrong working knowledge of Excel and accounting softwareHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work under pressureSelf-driven with a collaborative mindset
