cost and operationsCoordinate with service team for timely resolution of issuesEnsure business forecasting and uninterrupted stock planningMeet large consultants and dealers and tie up for Ice-boy products across south regionAppoint and handle national accountsIdentify manpower gaps and recruit appropriatelyEnsure AMC contracts for large national customersEnsure periodic product training for all team membersExpand business verticals into current areasEssential Skills:Proficiency in English, Hindi and local languageExperience handling large institutional customer requirementsExposure to demand generation activitiesStrong understanding of pricing, margins, profit and lossEnd to end institutional sales experience from lead generation to closure, installation and commissioningGovernment channel, tender business and large project sales exposureExperience leading a frontline regional sales teamDesirable Skills:Knowledge of commercial ice cube machines or industrial productsPractical experience in commercial refrigeration or industrial product salesIT sales backgroundInstitutional sales of large industrial productsQualifications and Experience:Engineering Graduate with MBA in Sales or MarketingMinimum 10 to 12 years of experience in large equipment institutional sales experience in salesof large equipment to institutions / factories, Institutional IT sales, Institutional Bankingsales etcAt least 3 to 4 years in a leadership role?
