The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local ingredients and cooking traditions, be able to prepare authentic dishes from the region, and support the culinary team in delivering refined, multi-cuisine dining experiences. Preference will be given tocandidates from Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, or Jammu & Kashmir.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present high-quality dishes with emphasis on Himalayan and regionalcuisinesAssist in creating menus inspired by local ingredients and traditional techniquesEnsure consistency in taste, presentation,
