Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end project execution from project initiation to successful closure.- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation schedules.- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.- Conduct project kickoff meetings, requirement discussions, and regular project review meetings.- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.- Coordinate with development, implementation, support, QA, sales, and accounts teams for smooth project execution.- Monitor task assignments and ensure timely completion by respective team members.- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and escalate them proactively.- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes (MoM), project trackers, and status reports.- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards before client handover.- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and go-live activities.- Handle client communication, follow-ups, feedback,
