Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Nurse/CCU Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in an intensive care unit or coronary care unit, demonstrating a strong ability to handle complex medical situations and provide compassionate patient care.Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patients conditions in the ICU/CCU.- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.- Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide appropriate care.Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent.- Current nursing license in India (Registered Nurse).- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).- Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and patient monitoring systems.
