Job Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Scope and responsibilities:

- Positive Knowledge about PO and related documentation.
- Manage internal Purchase Requisitions, PO preparation, vendor master.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, with a focus on procurement modules.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Good awareness about costing, payment terms, payment modes.
- Basic knowledge of inventory like stock levels and priorities.
- Basic awareness about procurement leads time.
- Basic knowledge of creating new part numbers.
- Create reports to track and analyze procurement performance metrics.




- Ensure timely material availability by communicating with suppliers and updating material receipt dates.
- Coordinate with USA procurement and accounts team to understand and manage procurement orders.

Required qualifications, skills and experiences:

- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in procurement/supply chain.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor interactions.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have good written and verbal skills to communicate with USA team.
- Advance skills in MS Excel, MS Word.
