Job Title Senior Accountant Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in an NBFC or banking environment with working knowledge of RBI regulatory filings and corporate compliance. Responsibilities Maintain end-to-end books of accounts, perform ledger reconciliations, track accounts payable/receivable, and oversee daily voucher entry. Prepare, verify, and ensure timely submission of periodic RBI returns, data reporting, and NBFC compliance filings. Handle GST returns, TDS deductions and filings, Income Tax compliance, and coordinate annual ROC filings under the Companies Act. Lead and coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits; liaise with Chartered Accountants and regulatory auditors. Prepare monthly Trial Balance, Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and management MIS reports for leadership. Conduct regular bank reconciliations, loan disbursement tracking,



and interest/EMI collection entries. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications B.Com, M.Com, Inter-CA or CA-IPCC. 3 to 5+ years of experience in core accounting and taxation. Prior NBFC, Bank, or CA firm experience handling NBFC clients preferred. Solid practical understanding of RBI guidelines for NBFCs, GST, TDS, Companies Act compliance, and corporate finance.
