Summary:
The Lead Technical Program Manager will drive end-to-end delivery across complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, partnering with product, engineering, architecture, customer success, business operations, release management, and leadership teams. This role is responsible for translating business and technical priorities into executable plans, managing dependencies and risks, driving delivery governance, and ensuring successful execution of strategic technology programs. The ideal candidate brings strong technical program management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic and evolving environments.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex technical programs across multiple teams and business functions.
- Translate business objectives and technical priorities into actionable project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage program scope, schedules, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive delivery governance through structured program management practices, including status reporting, leadership updates, and delivery health monitoring.
- Maintain and manage project plans, dependency trackers, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards using project management tools.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog visibility, release readiness activities, and program execution in Agile environments.
- Partner with product, engineering, architecture, customer success, business operations, finance, governance, and release management teams to align priorities and commitments.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve blockers, mitigate risks, and support informed decision-making.
- Provide clear and concise communication of program progress, risks, trade-offs, and delivery impacts to technical teams and leadership stakeholders.




- Monitor delivery performance and ensure milestone adherence through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Support release planning, readiness reviews, and execution activities to ensure successful production deployments.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary and drive timely resolution through appropriate stakeholder engagement.
- Promote accountability across workstreams by ensuring ownership, follow-through, and alignment on commitments.
- Support discussions related to customer-impacting initiatives by communicating technical progress, risks, options, and business outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program management, delivery governance, and execution processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor&rsquos; degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading cross-functional technology programs, technical projects, or delivery initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, Product Development professional, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
- Experience managing integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level status reporting.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting release readiness, delivery governance, and operational execution activities.

Required Skills

- Technical program delivery experience,



including ownership of project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira or similar tools for planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience managing RAID logs, delivery health metrics, dependency tracking, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
- Technical fluency across enterprise technology environments, including software development lifecycle concepts, APIs, distributed systems, cloud or infrastructure dependencies, production readiness, and incident management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business-focused updates and decisions.
- Strong organizational and execution skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum.
- Proven ability to identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to drive clarity, accountability, and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Robust facilitation, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

- Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Agile Certification, or equivalent program delivery certifications.
- Experience supporting global teams and collaborating across multiple geographic locations and time zones.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with executive reporting and delivery governance frameworks.
- Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity while driving structured and predictable delivery outcomes.
