As a Software Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading both backend and or frontend MEAN or MERN Stack teams Your role will involve the following Strong proficiency in Javascript Experience on UI framework Angular React and or knowledge of Node js and frameworks available for it such as Express socket io etc depending on your technology stack Experience in working with teams to integrate APIs Translate designs and wireframes into highquality code Building reusable components and libraries for future use Optimize application for optimal performance and scalability Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git Positive with agile development practices such as continuous integration and deployment Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests Qualifications required for this role Minimum BTech BE or MCA required Experience working in a tech lead Excellent communication and organization skills 810 years of proven experience in Software Development and at least 7 years of lead management experience If you believe you meet the above qualifications and have the necessary experience we encourage you to apply for this position
