Software Testing Intern Company Zenzio Technologies Private Limited Location Puducherry Onsite Internship Duration 36 Months Employment Type Internship About Zenzio Zenzio is a nextgeneration food delivery platform focused on empowering local restaurants and home kitchens through technology We are building an AIpowered food commerce ecosystem with transparent pricing innovative features and a seamless customer experience Role Overview We are looking for a detailoriented Software Testing Intern to help ensure the quality performance and reliability of our mobile application and webbased admin platforms You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs verify new features and improve the overall user experience Responsibilities Test Android iOS and web applications Execute manual test cases for current features and bug fixes Identify document and report software defects Perform regression functional UI and usability testing Verify bug fixes before production releases Test customer restaurant delivery and admin workflows Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues Maintain clear testing documentation and reports Suggest improvements to enhance application quality Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts Familiarity with SDLC and STLC Knowledge of mobile application testing Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Good communication and documentation abilities Passion for learning new technologies Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools Jira Trello or similar Understanding of API testing using Postman Familiarity with SQL basics Exposure to automation testing tools is an added advantage What Youll Gain Handson experience testing a realworld food delivery platform Mentorship from experienced software engineers Exposure to Agile development practices Opportunity to work on live production features Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation based on performance Highperforming interns may receive a PrePlacement Offer PPO Location Puducherry Onsite Join us in building technology that powers the future of local food delivery Work Location In person
