Company Description BNB Land Consultancy is a specialized advisory firm focused on land acquisition resettlement and forest diversion for industrial and mining projects across India particularly in Odisha Role Description This is a fulltime hybrid role based in Pan Odisha India Plan and execute drone survey missions for land acquisition mining infrastructure forest and topographic projects Operate drones safely in compliance with DGCA regulations and company SOPs Process drone data to generate orthomosaics DEM DSM contour maps 3D models and volumetric reports Analyze spatial data using GIS and photogrammetry software Maintain drones GNSS equipment batteries and related accessories Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery Maintain flight logs survey records and technical documentation Ensure safety regulatory compliance and proper maintenance of operational licenses and equipment Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Geomatics Survey Engineering Geography GIS Remote Sensing Computer Science or a related discipline DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred Certification in GIS Remote Sensing Drone Survey will be an advantage Experience 25 years of experience in drone operations and geospatial data processing Freshers with strong technical skills and drone certification may also be considered Technical Skills Drone operation and mission planning Photogrammetry software Pix4D Agisoft Metashape DJI Terra or equivalent GIS software ArcGIS QGIS AutoCAD Civil 3D Point cloud processing GNSS and total station survey integration Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint Basic understanding of Python or automation tools is desirable Key Performance Indicators KPIs Successful completion of drone missions Accuracy of processed data and reports Timely project delivery Compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Equipment uptime and maintenance Client satisfaction Working Conditions Combination of officebased data processing and fieldwork Frequent travel to project sites Outdoor work in varied weather and terrain conditions Compensation Salary As per qualifications and experience Performancebased incentives Travel and field allowances as per company policy Opportunities for professional training and growth opportunities
