Job Title Sales Support Executive Experience 01 years About the Role ExcelRs Inside Sales Managers ISMs raise a steady stream of daytoday operational requests batch changes invoice receipt corrections CRM data queries technical errors and reporting asks through a shared channel known internally Were hiring a fresher to own this first line of response Youll read every incoming request classify it against a defined set of rules resolve what you can directly in Salesforce and route everything else to the right owner without duplicate escalation delay or dropoffs This isnt a passive dataentry role Its a structured logicdriven position for someone who likes clear rules wants real CRM ownership early in their career and can be the calm dependable point of contact for a busy sales floor Key Responsibilities Monitor the Reference Group during working hours and acknowledge every incoming request promptly Apply the defined triage logic to classify each request and either resolve it directly or route it to the correct owner Work independently inside Salesforce to look up lead student records verify status and make approved corrections Keep a running log of every request type owner turnaround time outcome for visibility and reporting Escalate genuinely urgent issues e g callsystem telephony errors immediately with no delay Flag recurring or highvolume request patterns back to Sales Ops these are usually the best candidates for automation Support adhoc CRM data pulls and reports requested by regional managers Maintain singletouch discipline no duplicate tagging no unnecessary backandforth transparent prioritization when multiple requests land at once What Were Looking For Fresher 01 years experience any graduate discipline Commerce Business background is a plus not a requirement Willingness to learn Salesforce deeply prior CRM exposure is nice to have not expected Strong written communication most coordination happens over WhatsApp and email A structured logical thinker who can internalize a rulesbased process and apply it consistently even under volume Working knowledge of MS Excel Google Sheets Patient and calm under repeated or ambiguous queries from a busy sales team High ownership and attention to detail comfortable working independently once trained
