We are looking for a highly skilled L3 NOC Server Engineer Cloud to join our Cloud Operations team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing troubleshooting and maintaining missioncritical cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments This role involves handling complex L3 escalations ensuring platform stability performing incident resolution and driving infrastructure improvements through automation and Infrastructure as Code IaC The candidate should possess solid expertise in Linux and Windows server administration Kubernetes operations cloud monitoring tools and incident management in largescale production environments Key Responsibilities Provide L3 technical support for production cloud infrastructure and critical enterprise applications Manage and troubleshoot AWS EC2 and Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines VM VMSS Handle P1 P2 production incidents ensuring timely resolution while meeting defined SLAs Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures for recurring issues Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments Monitor manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters including node pod and workload troubleshooting Execute infrastructure changes using Terraform while adhering to change management processes Analyze system performance and infrastructure health using monitoring and observability tools Collaborate with DevOps Cloud Engineering Security and Application teams during incident resolution Support platform upgrades patching maintenance activities and disaster recovery exercises Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort Maintain technical documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles Participate in rotational oncall support for critical production environments 1 Advanced AWS Azure Compute Operations EC2 VM VMSS troubleshooting 2 Linux Windows Server Engineering Expert Level 3 Kubernetes EKS Operations node pod workload triage 4 Incident Management P1 P2 Escalation Handling 5 Observability Telemetry Analysis CloudWatch Azure Monitor Splunk Grafana 6 TerraformBased Operational Changes
