Job Requirements About the Role As a Senior Territory Manager TwoWheeler Loan you will be responsible for acquiring customers and driving disbursals for twowheeler loans across designated territories in India The role involves meeting monthly acquisition targets ensuring quality sourcing and maintaining compliance with internal and external guidelines You will play a key role in supporting the banks growth strategy by enabling digital solutions and delivering a superior customer experience Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Acquire twowheeler loan customers in the identified segment and catchment areas Meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisitions by analyzing customer banking needs Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer opportunities and requirements Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs defined by the organization Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the banks credit and operational policies Demonstrate ability to build lead and motivate highperforming teams Secondary Responsibilities Foster a team workplace focused on digital enablement to holistically meet customer needs Drive initiatives that support the banks rapid growth objectives To improve the sourcing from the strategic alliances and direct channels What We Are Looking For Education Graduation Any disciplinePost Graduation preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail lending preferably in twowheeler or vehicle loans Skills and Attributes Strong understanding of retail lending products and customer acquisition strategies Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks Customerfocused approach with a commitment to delivering highquality service Analytical mindset to track key success metrics such as disbursals filetodisbursal conversion TPD and insurance penetration Collaborative and proactive attitude to support team and organizational goals
