About the Role

We're looking for an HR Intern who's people-focused, organised, and excited about building strong teams, not just pushing paperwork.This is not a "sit-and-observe" internship.You'll be involved in real HR operations inside a fast-moving digital agency and learn how people management actually works in a startup setting.

What You'll Be Doing

*Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (screening, scheduling & coordination)*Posting job openings on platforms and managing applications*Supporting onboarding & documentation for new hires*Maintaining employee records & HR trackers*Coordinating interviews and follow-ups*Assisting with employee engagement activities & team initiatives*Helping manage attendance, leaves & basic HR operations*Supporting HR policies, processes & internal communication*Sharing ideas to improve hiring, culture & HR workflows (yes, your ideas matter)
