Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for assisting customers with their laundry service inquiries and requests.

Day-to-day tasks include responding to phone calls, messages, and in-person queries, managing order-related questions, and resolving issues related to pickup, delivery, billing, and service quality.

The role involves documenting customer interactions, coordinating with operations and delivery teams, and tracking recurring issues to support process improvements.

The specialist will provide basic technical support related to order tracking systems or apps,



ensure accurate information is shared with customers, and follow up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.

This role requires consistent adherence to service standards, clear communication, and a professional, empathetic approach in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Support skills and a demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction.

Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and clear, professional communication abilities.

Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to assist customers with basic system or app-related issues.

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to identify patterns in customer issues and suggest improvements.
