Job Description for HR - Recruiter

Seeking a Recruiter with proven experience in strategy design, job analysis, candidate sourcing, and onboarding. Responsibilities include crafting job descriptions, screening candidates via diverse channels, and applying HR best practices. Desired skills encompass selection methods, solid communication, and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter

- Hands on experience with various selection

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Languages Known: English / Hindi / Kannada.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms

- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge,



skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

- Onboard new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

- Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate tracking system

- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with candidates during the selection process

- Recruitment and manpower reporting

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop suitable recruitment strategies

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further stages of the selection process

- Handle employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent

- Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives

- Stay updated on employment laws and ensure compliance in recruitment practices

- Continuously improve the recruitment process by evaluating the success of past campaigns
