Position: HVAC Supervisor

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: MEP / Data Centre / Commercial Construction

Experience: 2-12 Years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise installation and execution of HVAC systems at the project site.
- Handle installation of AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Supervise technicians and workmen to ensure safe and effective execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Carry out testing, commissioning, and inspection of HVAC systems.
- Review drawings, coordinate with other MEP services, and resolve site issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.




- Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and execution.
- Experience with AHU, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV, chilled water piping, ducting, and ventilation systems.
- Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning (T&C;).
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and coordinate with MEP teams.
- Experience in manpower handling and subcontractor management.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-12 years of HVAC site execution experience.
- Experience in Data Centre, Commercial Building, Hospital, Airport, Industrial, or High-rise projects.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
