Job Description:

Job Title: Net Suite ERP Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Experience: 8-15 years

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience with Net Suite ERP Administration.
- Expertise in Suite Script, Suite Flow, Saved Searches, Dashboards, Custom Records, and Forms.
- Experience with Net Suite data management, imports/exports, and CSV integrations.
- Proficiency in Suite Script for customization and automation.
- Familiarity with Suite Analytics and Net Suite reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of ERP business processes including Finance, Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory Management.
- Administer and maintain the Net Suite ERP platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Configure Net Suite to meet evolving business requirements, including custom forms, fields, records, dashboards, and workflows.




- Develop and maintain customizations using Suite Script and automate business processes with Suite Flow.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security policies while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including system configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Create and maintain Saved Searches, Reports, KPIs, and Dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and Net Suite support.
- Support ERP upgrades, recent feature releases, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and other business teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
