Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI Developer with strong expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered solutions that leverage cutting-edge generative AI technologies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems capable of automation, decision-making, and advanced natural language processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic architectures
- Develop and fine-tune ML/DL models for NLP tasks using frameworks like PyTorch or Tensor Flow
- Build scalable and production-ready APIs using FastAPI
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines from scratch for real-world use cases
- Work with Lang Chain / Llama Index to build advanced LLM applications (agents, memory, tools)
- Deploy and manage solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless model deployment and monitoring
- Optimize performance, scalability, and latency of AI systems




- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers for end-to-end delivery
- Stay updated with latest advancements in Generative AI and Deep Learning

Must-Have Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks / autonomous agents
- Hands-on experience with Lang Chain and/or Llama Index
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in productionizing ML/AI models
- Familiarity with data science tools and workflows
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
