Required Skills (48 Years Experience)

Preferred Skills:

- 48 years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, building scalable data pipelines and supporting analytics and machine learning workloads.
- Strong programming experience in Python and SQL, with expertise in developing, optimizing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (or similar orchestration tools), Git/Git Hub, CI/CD practices, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, feature engineering, data quality, performance optimization,



and distributed data processing technologies such as Spark or Databricks.
- Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with Data Scientists, Analytics, and Engineering teams to build reliable, scalable, and production-ready data solutions.
- Experience with real-time data streaming technologies such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms such as Big Query, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Familiarity with dbt (Data Build Tool) for SQL-based data transformations and analytics engineering.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and automated testing for data pipelines.
