Key Responsibilities

- Drive the formulation and implementation of automation and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
- Partner with the Director and leadership team to convert organizational vision into practical automation strategies and operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational optimization across supply chain and logistics functions.

- Lead automation projects from planning to execution while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

- Interact with senior management, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for automation initiatives.
- Maintain robust coordination with operational and technical teams for seamless project execution.





- Develop innovative processes for proactive management of line-haul freight movements and transportation operations.
- Ensure SOP compliance, timely vehicle placement, and service reliability for customers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational productivity and efficiency.

- Coordinate with technical teams for the development, implementation, and enhancement of automation tools, applications, and software solutions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing technology-driven solutions.
- Ensure systems and automation tools are effectively integrated into operational workflows.

- Identify operational and project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Minimize risks throughout the supply chain through effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.

- Lead, mentor, and guide teams to build a high-performance and improvement-oriented work culture.
- Conduct spot training sessions and operational awareness programs related to automation processes and system implementation.

- Collect, track, analyze, and present operational metrics related to process efficiency, team productivity, accuracy, and cost optimization.
- Monitor operational performance, throughput, pilferage, and loss control measures.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
