Objective

The Candidate will be responsible for Project Coordination, Documentation & Compliance, Project Administration

Job Title – Project Coordinator / Project Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

- Track schedules, milestones & prepare MIS reports
- Manage RFIs, change orders & compliance with NFPA/NBC/TAC standards
- Handle contracts,



drawings & project close‑out documentation
- Coordinate procurement, vendor follow‑ups & inventory tracking
- Act as communication hub between clients, consultants & site teams
- Support billing milestones & invoice documentation

Basic Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering – Any Stream

1-2 Years of experience in Project coordination, Documentation & Compliance

Skills Sets

Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Fire Suppression Systems (Gas-based, Sprinklers, etc)

Standards: Familiarity with NFPA, NBC, and TAC guidelines.

Software Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel, ERP systems, and basic AutoCAD for drawing reviews.

Soft Skills: Organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
