We are looking for an experienced and technically robust Site / Civil Engineer to oversee end-to-end site execution, civil construction, technical supervision, and land development activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate construction, RCC structural execution, site management, and land development, along with strong knowledge of structural drawings and reinforcement detailing.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite & Technical Execution

- Oversee end-to-end civil site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved designs and timelines.
- Read, interpret, and execute RCC structural and architectural drawings accurately on-site.
- Supervise daily civil construction activities, including layout marking, infrastructure development, and land development.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved specifications, drawings, and project requirements.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure strict compliance with material specifications, structural designs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Inspect reinforcement steel layouts and ensure execution is as per approved RCC drawings.
- Identify technical issues at the site and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Contractor & Labour Management

- Coordinate and manage local contractors, site labour, vendors, and material suppliers.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure adequate manpower is available to meet project timelines.




- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
- Ensure all site activities progress as per the planned schedule.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor daily site progress and track project milestones.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to senior management and project architects.
- Highlight site challenges, delays, material requirements, and technical issues proactively.
- Coordinate with architects and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Construction, Civil Construction, Structural Execution, or Land Development.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of RCC structural drawings and reinforcement steel layouts.
- Experience in on-site execution and construction supervision.
- Strong contractor, labour, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Good professional communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of construction quality and safety practices.
