Job Summary:
Jewels Hire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewelry industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at an Operational Excellence Manager located in MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai.

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Operational Excellence Manager to join our jewelry manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, productivity enhancement, and operational efficiency within the jewelry manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and improve end-to-end manufacturing processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaifeng, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Monitor daily production workflows and identify bottlenecks for smooth operational execution.
• Develop and track KPIs related to productivity, rejection rates, wastage, and delivery timelines.
• Establish SOPs to standardize manufacturing operations and maintain consistency.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, wastage control, and resource optimization without compromising quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with production, CAD/CAM, casting, setting, polishing, QC, and dispatch teams to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, export requirements, and company operational policies.




• Train and guide teams on best operational practices and continuous improvement methods.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery CAD Designing. • Robust proficiency in Matrix Gold Edition. • Experience in designing Diamond Jewellery. • Good understanding of the Domestic Jewellery Market. • Ability to create accurate 3D CAD models for jewellery manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of jewellery design concepts, proportions, and technical specifications. • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects. • Knowledge of jewellery production processes will be an added advantage.
