- Development & Configuration: Design and deploy customized applications, workflows, UI policies, and business rules within Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Integrations: Connect Service Now with third-party software and legacy systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Integration Hub.
- Quality Assurance: Build test scripts and conduct Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing before pushing updates to production.
- Platform Maintenance: Oversee routine system upgrades, patch installations, and update sets.
- Technical Documentation: Write and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications
