Head – Human Resources
Location: Chembur East, Mumbai
CTC: Upto 15 LPA
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience.
Preference: Candidates from the Pharma industry are preferred.
Gender: Male candidates only.
Team Handling: Must have team handling experience
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 3rd Sat off)
Working Hours: 10am - 7pm
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Human Resources to lead the organization's HR function. The role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, payroll & compensation, employee engagement, performance management, policy governance, statutory compliance, and overall HR operations. This position will work closely with the leadership team to build a high-performance and employee-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes.
- Drive performance management, leadership development, and employee growth initiatives.
- Build and retain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, salary reviews, and full & final settlements.
- Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and manpower cost planning.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Policy, Compliance & HR Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, HR operations, audits, and HRMIS reporting.
Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 10–18 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, payroll, compensation & perks, compliance, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
