Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build custom Copilot GPTs and AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Configure conversational workflows, topics, prompts, actions, and generative AI capabilities.

- Integrate Copilots with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Share Point, Outlook, and One Drive.

- Develop Power Automate workflows to support Copilot actions and business process automation.

- Connect enterprise systems through APIs, connectors, and Dataverse.

- Configure and manage knowledge of sources, including Share Point sites, documents, and websites.

- Design user experiences, escalation paths, fallbacks, and Human-in-the-Loop approval processes.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.

- Monitor usage analytics and continuously improve Copilot performance and accuracy.

- Maintain technical documentation and governance standards.

- Experience integrating business applications through APIs and Power Platform.

Preferred Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer (PL-400)

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)

- Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

- BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)

Experience :

- 6 - 8 Years of Experience
