Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally with potential customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate sales leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
