About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented ExecutiveTrainee - Product to support the Product team in driving operational excellence and partner management. The role involves coordinating with external partners, managing product-related operational activities, ensuring timely payouts, maintaining partner agreements, and preparing MIS reports to support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a good understanding of financial operations within an NBFC setting.

Job Description

1) Operations

- Lead the co-ordination with the top partners and manage critical operational aspects including payouts, agreements, clarifications and other things.
- Lead the back-end workings for the fulfilment of the internal as well as external sales initiatives.




- Liaison with Accounts & Finance team to ensure timely release of all partners as well as other vendor payments.
- Ensure smooth execution of all vendor contracts for all external partner and team meet.

2) MIS

- Manage all the Partner MIS to ensure smooth query resolution.

Assist in creating and managing internal MIS including customer engagement data, distribution data to generate management decks.

Essential Skills/Competencies

- Basic knowledge on GST, TDS as well as other Taxation Norms.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well versed with MS Office especially MS-Excel.

Location: Goregaon East

Qualification: MBA in Finance (Mandatory)

Fixed CTC: 4 LPA
