Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Catalog & Marketplace Operations Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace backend activities for our private label brands.

The role requires practical experience in Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central, catalog operations, ASIN creation, listing updates, suppressed listing resolution, ticket follow-ups, variation issues and marketplace hygiene.

This is an execution-heavy role for someone who can independently close Amazon backend and catalog issues with solid follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage new ASINs / product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Handle listing updates including titles, bullets, images, A+ content, variations and backend attributes.
- Resolve suppressed listings, variation issues, catalog breakages and listing errors.
- Raise, track and close Amazon tickets with proper follow-up.
- Conduct daily marketplace hygiene checks for price, images, content, availability, variations and listing status.
- Maintain trackers for listing changes, open tickets, suppressed listings and catalog issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, operations team, designers, agencies and marketplace support teams.
- Support new product launches by ensuring listing readiness before stock goes live.




- Support sale events / deal readiness from a listing and catalog perspective.
- Flag urgent listing, catalog or backend issues that can impact sales or product visibility.

Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience in ASIN creation, catalog updates, listing corrections and suppressed listing resolution.
- Understanding of Amazon listing structure — title, bullets, images, A+, keywords, variations and backend attributes.
- Ability to raise, track and follow up on Amazon support tickets.
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work in a quick-moving, execution-driven environment.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have directly worked on Amazon marketplace backend operations and should be comfortable handling listing, catalog and ticket-related work independently.

We are looking for someone practical, detail-oriented and reliable — not just a coordinator.
