Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Food and Beverage Stewards based in Maharashtra, India. In this role, team members assist with food and beverage service, including setting up service areas, preparing basic items, and ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in service and dining areas, replenishing supplies, clearing tables, and supporting servers and kitchen staff as needed. Stewards help uphold service standards, respond to guest requests courteously, and follow health and safety guidelines.



The role may also involve assisting with basic training of new team members on service procedures and cleanliness protocols.
Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Effective Communication abilities for coordinating with team members and interacting with guests.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including basic service standards and hygiene practices.
- Experience or interest in Food Service, including handling orders, serving, and maintaining service areas.
- Ability to participate in Training activities and follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage roles is an advantage; basic education and on-the-job training will be provided.
