We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Project Manager to lead and coordinate cloud-based projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, strategic planning expertise, and a good understanding of AWS and cloud technologies. This role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with Cloud Engineers, DevOps teams, Solution Architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather client requirements, define project scope, and prepare project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and technical teams.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and project governance.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Support pre-sales discussions by understanding customer requirements and coordinating with technical teams when required.

Requirements





- 2- 4 years of experience in Project Management, IT Project Coordination, or Cloud Project Delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder and client management experience.
- Good understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and AWS services.
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2 VPC, IAM, S3 RDS, CloudWatch, Load Balancer, and Auto Scaling.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Associate Certification is preferred.
- Experience working in a Cloud Services or IT Infrastructure workplace will be an added advantage.
