Job Requirement

6–12 years of experience in end-to-end IT Project Management

• Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

• Ability to handle project budgeting,



forecasting, and resource planning

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation plans

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational processes

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) where applicable
