Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1.5+ years of recruitment experience, including hands-on experience hiring for the Construction, Engineering, and Infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing technical professionals, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing stakeholder communication while ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

Hire IT professionals supporting construction and engineering projects, including ERP, BIM, CAD, GIS, Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Software Development roles.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.

Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer details with selected candidates.





Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.

Track recruitment metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), submission ratio, interview ratio, and offer-to-join ratio.

Required Skills

1.5+ years of IT recruitment experience.

Experience hiring for the Construction, Engineering, EPC, or Infrastructure domain.

Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.

Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with ATS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience recruiting for Gulf/Middle East projects is an advantage.

Knowledge of engineering applications such as AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Primavera, Oracle ERP, SAP, GIS, and construction-related IT systems.

Familiarity with recruitment KPIs and stakeholder management.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

HR or Recruitment certifications will be an added advantage.
