The selected professional will be engaged on an on-demand freelance contract basis whenever HotelFirst Advisory secures a hospitality feasibility assignment. Each engagement is project-specific and compensated on an agreed professional fee basis.

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals who can independently execute hotel feasibility assignments from project initiation through final report submission and client presentation with minimal supervision.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in hotel feasibility studies who value flexible, project-based work while contributing to high-quality hospitality advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities

The selected professional will independently undertake hotel feasibility and hospitality advisory assignments, including but not limited to:

Market Research & Analysis

- Primary and secondary market research
- Hotel market assessment
- Demand analysis
- Supply analysis
- Competitive benchmarking
- Market segmentation analysis
- Identification of demand generators
- Tourism and economic assessment
- Destination analysis
- Future supply (pipeline) assessment

Site & Development Analysis

- Site inspections (where required)
- Site suitability assessment
- Highest & Best Use (HBU) analysis
- SWOT analysis
- Accessibility assessment
- Development potential assessment

Hotel Positioning

- Hotel positioning recommendations
- Market positioning strategy
- Target market segmentation
- Brand positioning recommendations
- Hotel classification recommendations
- Facilities and amenity recommendations
- Room inventory and mix recommendations
- Food & Beverage recommendations
- Ancillary revenue opportunities

Financial Feasibility

Develop comprehensive financial models, including:

- Occupancy projections
- ADR projections
- RevPAR projections
- Revenue forecasts
- Departmental revenue assumptions




- Operating expense assumptions
- GOP projections
- Profitability analysis
- Investment analysis
- Cash flow projections
- Sensitivity analysis
- Financial viability assessment

Reporting & Presentation

- Prepare client-ready feasibility reports
- Develop executive summaries and strategic recommendations
- Prepare presentation-quality PowerPoint decks
- Present findings to clients (where required)
- Address client feedback and revise reports
- Deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines

- Site visit and property inspection

Required Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with substantial hands-on experience in hospitality consulting and hotel feasibility analysis.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- 5+ years of hospitality feasibility experience
- Proven experience independently preparing multiple hotel feasibility studies
- Strong hospitality financial modelling capability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modelling skills
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
- Outstanding report writing and business communication skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations
- Strong knowledge of hotel investment analysis
- Experience evaluating hotel development opportunities
- Ability to independently manage project assignments




- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- High attention to detail
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Ability to meet demanding project deadlines
