About the Role

Eye Mantra Hospital is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hospital floor, ensuring smooth patient flow and an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills with experience in hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital floor.
- Ensure smooth patient flow from registration to consultation, diagnostics, surgery, and discharge.
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, counselors, nursing staff, and the front office to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor patient waiting time and ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Supervise front desk and floor staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.
- Ensure all appointments and schedules are managed efficiently.




- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of the hospital floor.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.
- Train and mentor floor staff to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations, patient relationship management, or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patient escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software is preferred.
