- Bachelors or Masters (any discipline)
- Fresher's are eligible to apply (UG/ PG)
- Prior experience in Customer support (Voice/ Non-voice process) is a plus! Role and Responsibilities:
- Source and identify top-quality candidates from various job platforms to match their profile for Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, Construction and Healthcare based industries.
- Conduct in-depth resume screening to understand the candidate's profile.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and skilled networks.
