This role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of hands-on

experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing who possess excellent communication skills, a strong sourcing mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, and networking channels.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and initial interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with recruiters, account managers, clients, and implementation partners to understand hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS/database updates are completed regularly.
- Meet recruitment targets while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; must be comfortable in a client-facing workplace.




- Robust experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.
- Experience working with US Citizens, Green Card holders, and other authorized candidates is preferred.
- Quick learner with strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
- Must be willing to work onsite from our Chennai office during the night shift (EST hours).
