Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced One Identity Manager Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, integrating, and managing One Identity Manager (OneIM) solutions within enterprise environments. This role requires strong expertise in One Identity Manager development, scripting, system integrations, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Customize and configure One Identity Manager using:
- Designer
- Synchronization Editor
- Report Editor
- Web Designer
- Object Browser
- API Editor
- Develop and maintain custom processes within One Identity Manager.
- Create and enhance VB.NET scripts and VB Dot Net scripts for automation and customization.
- Integrate One Identity Manager with enterprise systems, including:
- Active Directory (AD)
- LDAP
- Lotus Notes
- Microsoft Azure
- SAP
- CSV-based systems
- Web Services
- Analyse existing One Identity Manager deployments and align them with industry best practices.
- Streamline deployment, maintenance, and operational processes.
- Manage day-to-day administration and support of the One Identity Manager ecosystem.




- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver identity governance and access management solutions.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience with One Identity Manager, including installation, configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of:
- VB.NET
- SQL
- Experience with One Identity Manager development tools and scripting.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Azure.
- Knowledge of One Identity Manager architecture and data modelling.
- Experience with AngularJS.
- French language proficiency is a significant advantage.

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale production environments.
