- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and efficiency.
- Document design specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning, SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to align with business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in application configuration and testing.
Additional Information:
