Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator Lead with 8-12 years of expertise in managing large-scale Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Azure AD, virtualization, automation, troubleshooting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the administration and support of enterprise Windows Server environments.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 infrastructure.
- Administer and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
- Handle server provisioning, upgrades, migrations, patching, and decommissioning activities.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, security policies, and identity management.




- Perform troubleshooting for server performance, availability, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Implement monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Collaborate with security, network, cloud, and application teams.
- Mentor junior administrators and provide technical leadership.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and operational standards.

Required Skills
