- Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth implementation process
- Design and build a data processing capabilities based on customer requirements
- Execute ETL and data processing jobs, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues
- Analyze data drift and respond to customer enquiries regarding data quality and processing outcomes
- Manage and compare data processing runs across legacy and recent systems to validate consistency and accuracy
- Develop and implement new functionality using AWS services (S3, Athena, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda etc) as required
- Configure alerting, monitoring and observability for data processing pipelines and applications
- Participate in on call support rotation to ensure the availability and reliability of data processing systems/applications
