Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Procurement & Contracts to lead procurement and contract management for real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have robust expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, procurement planning, and cost optimization within the real estate industry only.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for real estate projects.

- Manage end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, and contract execution.

- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors and contractors.

- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and contracts.

- Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and site teams to ensure timely procurement.

- Monitor procurement budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives.





- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.

- Maintain procurement MIS, vendor databases, and contract documentation.

- Resolve supplier disputes and procurement-related risks.

- Track market trends and improve procurement processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

- MBA/PG in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement preferred.

- Minimum 15 years of procurement and contract management experience in the Real Estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.

- Experience handling high-value procurement budgets and large vendor networks.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
