Notice Period: Not specified — 30 Days Roles & Responsibilities Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows and other healthcare applications, including 24x7 on-call rotation Debug API calls, middleware logs,



and SQL data issues; perform root-cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks Maintain a knowledge base and produce documentation Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during major incidents (incident commander-style coordination) Mandatory Skills .NET (C#, ASP.NET) SQL Server / SQL REST / SOAP APIs Production Support — L3 incident management Guiding Care integration (healthcare platform) Good to Have Java (backend) Tableau / Power BI (reporting) Automation scripting (PowerShell, Python) AI usage in application support Facets platform (healthcare management system) Must-Have Soft Skills: Strong communication; leadership/incident response coordination; ability to perform under high-pressure situations Positive-to-Have Soft Skills: Collaborative teamwork; problem-solving orientation
