Position: Engineer – Industrial Engineering
Location: Cochin
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
Experience: 3+ Years manufacturing sector, Preferred background : EMC
Salary: Upto 7 Lacs Key Responsibilities
* Conduct time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and manpower utilization analysis.
* Support productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Assist in capacity planning, resource planning, forecast-based hour calculations, and bottleneck analysis.
* Prepare manufacturing reports, dashboards, presentations, and MIS for management reviews.
* Participate in cost reduction, value engineering, and operational excellence projects.




* Support MES implementation, process digitization, standard work documentation, and IE database maintenance.
* Assist in plant layout optimization, material flow improvement, and space utilization studies.
* Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR teams for process improvement initiatives.
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, valuable communication skills, and willingness to work on the shop floor.
