Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One. **Job Description** **Salesforce Development & Configuration** + Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.) + Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and test classes + Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages as needed + Configure declarative solutions using Flow, Process Builder (as applicable), and validation rules + Create and maintain custom objects, data models, and automation workflows **Integration & API Development** + Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs + Support event-driven and batch integration patterns across distributed systems + Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems **Solution Design & Collaboration** + Partner with product owners and business teams to gather and refine requirements + Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture + Contribute to reusable component design and platform standardization **DevOps & Release Management** + Participate in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, Git-based workflows) + Support release planning, testing, and deployment activities + Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and best practices + Maintain high test coverage and adhere to deployment standards **Production Support & Operational Excellence** + Provide L2/L3 support for production issues and incidents + Troubleshoot Salesforce applications, integrations, and data issues + Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions + Support platform stability, reliability,
