Job Description We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters based in India to support a large-scale Agentic Enterprise project. These individuals will play a critical role in driving the transition from waterfall to agile delivery models, ensuring efficient execution across cross-functional teams. Candidates must be comfortable working in a global delivery environment, with required overlap with U.S. Eastern time zones (work until 3:30AM IST) Key Responsibilities - Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) - Drive transformation efforts from waterfall to agile methodologies - Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless delivery - Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring teams remain on track - Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams - Track delivery progress and maintain visibility into sprint outcomes and timelines - Act as a liaison between offshore teams and U.S.-based stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments - Hands-on experience supporting waterfall to agile transformation initiatives - Solid track record of cross-functional program delivery - Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions-oriented - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Background or exposure to data engineering, data analytics, or data platforms - Experience working in global/offshore delivery models - Prior experience supporting Salesforce or similar enterprise implementations - Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) - Familiarity with enterprise data initiatives (MDM preferred) is a plus
